Last updated: November 16, 2025

Welcome to SkyVale Jurupa Valley Concrete. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, give us a call at (951) 393-1148.

Services We Provide

We provide residential and commercial concrete services in Jurupa Valley, CA and surrounding areas. This includes driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, decorative concrete, and more. We'll discuss your project scope before starting any work.

Quotes and Pricing

We offer free quotes for all projects. Our quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may change if we discover unexpected conditions like poor soil, hidden utilities, or changes to the project scope. We'll always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your contract.

Project Changes

If you want to make changes to your project after we've started, just let us know. We'll provide a revised quote for the additional work. Changes may affect the project timeline and final cost.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies and any applicable fees will be outlined in your project contract. Generally, deposits for scheduled work may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or crews scheduled.

Warranties

We stand behind our work. All of our concrete installations come with a workmanship warranty, the terms of which will be specified in your project contract. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship but does not cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate information about your property and project needs. You'll also need to ensure we have clear access to the work area and that any required permits are discussed upfront. We'll help guide you through the permit process if needed.

Liability

We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation for your protection. While we take every precaution to protect your property during our work, we're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that aren't properly marked or disclosed to us.

Weather and Delays

Concrete work depends on weather conditions. Rain, extreme heat, or cold can affect our schedule. We'll keep you updated if weather causes delays. We won't pour concrete in conditions that could compromise the quality of your project.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our work, please contact us immediately. We're committed to making things right. If we can't resolve the issue directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
